- afforable luxorious living literally looks like we live on a resort with all the amenities. - helpful staff, trash control straight to your door. - quiet complex with plenty of parking. - high speed wifi. - gated SAFE community with security and a police vehicle roaming around. - plenty of activites to do for children. Close to a elementsrh school less than ten minutes away - Near many stores including starbucks, walmart, publix and many other stores within a 5 minute short drive

Pretty decent apt

Apt itself are very spacious, very good location, close to everything. Sound insulation is not great so you can hear the steps of upstairs neighbors very easily. It felt like they rushed to finish the work before our move in so some of the maintenance work was not great and it wasn't cleaned

I have lived here for several years without any issues. The location is great, staff and maintenance responds in a timely and friendly manner, Summer time means pool time, with lots of fun to have.
