My apartment is decent but for the price on rent I could have at least had a spray nozzle on my kitchen sink, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, better appliances(they are outdated) and better paint choice. The paint on my cabinets are peeling off in almost every room. The paint on the walls is flat paint meaning it catches every stain possible so you have to be super careful touching your walls cause they stain easily. You have to wash your walls almost every week to keep them looking decent. And the same paint is even in the bathroom so it doesn’t handle being wet at all. My apartment has mold and mildew. I had to clean out both bedroom windows of it. The gym is decent the treadmill requires you to pay for an account of some sort to use it to its full capacity. More lighting is needed on the back side of my building by the woods and garage.
