I gave the maintenance a 4 because they eventually do respond and are good people, but they need help with building lighting and basically all things electric. love the location and the neighbors but they are sure noisy.

I have lived here going on three months. my neighbors are super friendly, and we help each other out in our block. the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and truly caring. My apartment is roomy, easy to clean and well-built and nice furnishings; much better than an extended stay motel for sure. The only issue I have had on the negative side is noise, the wake you up in the dead of night hollering, music and horn honking kinda noise
