3 is the Charm#Greystone#HomeSweetHome#MR#Leasing/Maint Team
This is my 3rd time leasing from Greystone Properties. (The Woodlands, Maple Ridge Phase 1 and now Maple Ridge Phase 2) In July 2023, my first Maple Ridge interaction occurred with Francis on a weekend day. Everything she said she would be done was done . . . in advance. I then met Cara- super nice and easy to talk with. (She’s a fixer and Francis is a closer). Both are active listeners. Cara and Francis make a great team. Both are very knowledgeable and approachable regarding apartment home living. Both create for us a “true sense of community”. Examples: various monthly themes, projects, activities, celebrations.and giveaways. This is super important in this type of community. Maintenance Team The Maintenance team of Cole and Caleb? They are outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable and polite. The Apartment There were some minor issues. The Maple Ridge Team didn’t create the issue, however, they worked hard to resolve it for me. BACKDROP-Interior Painting Paint color off throughout the apartment. Shared my concerns prior to move in. Immediately addressed and the matter was eventually resolved. CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION I would say that the Maple Ridge leasing staff and maintenance team have delivered to me the GOLD STANDARD in customer care/service. I am proud to call Greystone Properties/Maple Ridge Home Again!!!!!! TBM
