Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed, which include Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers. Dogs that have been mixed with an aggressive breed are not allowed either. We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month. RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening information at the time of application. *We participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean! Please contact the Management office for more information.

I live living here. I have been here 18 years and i think some upgrades would be nice such as taller toilets for handicap accessiblity. Free carpet cleaning would be nice appliance upgrades and repairs. Carpet replacement not just because you’re moving.

I love the location. my children can walk to school from the apartment and feel safe. There is a neighborhood Walmart .3mi from my apartment so it makes it convenient to walk.
