Durfield Review
We loved the helpful and welcoming staff. Maintenance was incredibly helpful. We also appreciated the pest control. The property also had excellent landscaping and upkeep. We loved the pools and the gym as well. The only thing I would change is upgrading the stove top. We also disliked how neighbors would create a parking spot by our building and not use open parking spaces. It made it difficult to park in the only available open spaces at times. Thank you Greystone for being our home!

Occupancy upgrades inadequate
The only issue I've since I've been here over five years, is... This is a rental property and to not maintain wear & tear does a serious disservice to what would otherwise be 5Star rental property. Shower stall not update (as requested) Dishwasher is old and incredibly noisy;
