WE LOVE LIVING AT HIGHBORNE :-)

Everything is amazing at Highborne...The application process was super easy. We were welcomed with open arms. The unit is super nice and cozy. Definitely kept up to par. It's so peaceful out here. We've been out here for almost 1 1/2 months and loving every minute of it. Ee have no complaints.

NEw Management Unprepared

Highborne Apartments changed hands this fall, and with that change came a step backward in many respects. It can be difficult to get ahold of anyone in the office, rent can no longer be paid automatically, the grass was not cut for over a month, and there was hardly any maintenance staff present upon transition. The apartments are very nice and in a good location for someone working at Plant Vogtle. It is a shame that the management has changed hands and is going downhill. I hope it is a temporary setback that will resolve as the new management team gets acclimated to the new property. I wish they would bring back automatic rent payments to prevent accidental late payments; they are using the same Rent Cafe systems the previous management used (which can accept automatic payments) but refuse to.

Very hard to get someone to answer the phone. This is with the new management. Also, very hard to find someone in the office. They don't seem to have a full-time staff on Site. How do they do business like that?

Pretty cool experience, was a pretty good neighborhood, I can’t say what it’s going to be in the future but it’s getting to look like it will be going downhill and not worth the price.
