Pretty Good Place to Live

Generally and overall its very good value. The 1200 price tag for my two bedroom seemed high at first however when you factor the very good free internet, the very nice appliances, included washer and dryer, and the pool you actually get a pretty good deal. Some complaints wiuld be that the stairwells are never maintained or cleaned and are generally quite flirthy. Ive seen pieces of trash or spilled things sitting there since i moved in months ago. As well, the paint they use on the walls though pretty is extremely absorbant so they cannot be cleaned. Anything drop of water or anything will permanently stain them. This is especially a problem behind the sink and stove areas. The security could also be better. Im not sure what the ppint of having a gate is when everyone and their mother can just come in anyways. People just drive behind other people and the gates are left open half of the day. But otherwise, my apartment is beautiful and roomy and well laid out, my neighbors are fairly quiet most of the time (i cant say the same for all the buildings, it gets roudy sometimes), and the staff are nice. Ill likely be renewing my lease here.

Good neighborhood

Nice neighborhood not enought dumpsters for residents, the pool is always down when i want to take my daughter and i wish there were elevators, those flight of stairs are a piece of work especially moving in I suggest hiring a moving crew if upstairs. Staff in the office is great. Oh the walls are hard to clean so if you have kids make sure they you are constantly watching them.

We can't wait to meet all our future furry residents. We allow a max of two pets. We do have breed restrictions and a 60 lb. weight limit.  This property partners with PooPrints to offer its residents a cleaner community. Dog owners will have their pup’s cheek swabbed at move-in. The DNA sample is sent to the PooPrints lab to be registered into their database. Unscooped droppings on property will be sent to the lab to ID the “poop”ertrator. Hefty fines are imposed to those who do not pick up after their pup.
