Convenient location and fully renovated units

I've lived here for 1.5 years and it's been a good experience. The location is very strategic and convenient - close to the major highways, walking distance to supermarkets and various restaurants. The apartment itself is well maintained and all the furnitures and appliances are updated. We've had no issue living here so far.

Love love it

From when we first moved in the staff has been amazing, compassionate, and caring. Including the maintenance staff always going above and beyond responding to requests very promptly. The building feels like a community when you see other residents there’s always welcoming conversation. The only con if I had to chose is parking strangers have access to residential parking due to gate always being down as well as the doors in the deck being broken it is easily accessible to outsiders which is concerning. Guest park on 6th floor but the only way they can is to go through the broken residential side. Hope there can be a longterm solution soon.

Has pros and cons

Pros: Staff is very friendly and kind, both front desk and maintenance staff. Management is really professional and very nice. The place has a beautiful aora and atmosphere. It's a good location. Really nice interior finishes (granite countertops, SS appliances, an island, fans with built in lights.) If something needs fixing in my unit, maintenance comes very quickly to fix the problem. Cons: My rent went up $5000 per year after just 1 year , but my quality of living hasnt improved. The community is covered by dog poop, every where you walk, staff and owners do not pick up at all. The garage door is always broken and open, the place isn't secure.
