Populus Westside Review: Resident for 1.5 Years

I live in Populus Westside and honestly the maintenance people that work here are pretty great and friendly, however rent here is absolutely ridiculous, but I can justify it slightly with the amenities (pool, gym, dog park, dog washing station, bike station, and outside grills.)
