Little let down

I have lived here before whenit was Nesbitt Ferry and transitioned To Station Heights. Back then we were blessed to have Google Fiber. Internet constantly goes out. I love the staff in the office. While they go all out for you I have had trouble with getting my repairs and have been without a washer for almost a week. It is under warranty but I am seriously thinking of buying my own and taking out a maintenance agreement. Apparently they need to hire an electrician. Twice I was told someone is coming. Twice no show. The emergency phone for maintance does not work. Parking is an issue. They constantly block the stairs which is a problem if you use a cane, etc. They did alot of renovations but did not fix existing issues. I have no lights on my porch from Nov 15th and was told the previous resident had same issues. Not a fan of aggressive dog next door. I think it or should be not allowed when they have a dog park especially that they walk by your door with a dog on a extension leash. When I lived here the last time I always felt safe now I am not so sure. I have noticed the police here which I am grateful for. I wish they would paint the lot in front of the stairs so you can get deliveries
