Quiet and relaxing
I've lived here for 10 yrs, The maintenance is awesome and so is the office staff. I've had a few issues this year, but eventually, it's all been taken care of. Even with being short staffed, they always get it done. My neighbors are nice and it's a quiet place to live. The front office responds promptly to any concerns.

Just some thoughts
I have been here for about five years now and a lot has changed in the complex, my rent goes up every year yet there are no upgrades to substantiate the cost increase. My carpet gets somewhat cleaned at lease renewal but, it really needs to be replaced, has started to buckle my stove has a mind of its own the eyes on it goes on high when it is set on low so I can only use three of the four. I have to run my hot water for about 2-3 minutes before it even gets hot. I know living in an apartment is not like having your own home your really living with others and there is just a wall between you, but even the outside of my space is not clean as it use to be, the downstairs is cluttery and not well kept, I like my downstairs neighbors but.....wow . Anyway I don't want to complain but my rent is going up $150.00 that's a lot !!! for someone on a fixed income and I'm sure I will have to move but until then, just some thoughts.
