Note* I am not sure if the rating by category worked. It seemed to put zero for all even though I filled it out for each one. I am very impressed with maintenance and staff. They are quick and very helpful. Parking has been difficult since more people have moved in which is understandable. Noise levels are mid.

Averly truly stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I toured the property, I felt welcomed and at home. The leasing team was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly—they answered every question I had and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartments themselves are beautiful—spacious layouts, modern finishes, and everything is so well-maintained. I especially love my kitchen and the amount of natural light that pours into the living space. It feels like a home, not just an apartment. The amenities are top-notch. The pool is resort-style and perfect for relaxing on weekends, and the fitness center is clean, well-equipped, and never overcrowded. One of the best parts is the location. Roswell is already a great area, but Averly is situated in such a convenient spot—close to shops, restaurants, parks, and great schools. I feel safe here, and the neighborhood has a friendly, welcoming vibe. Overall, Averly is a gem. It checks all the boxes—beautiful units, great amenities, excellent staff, and an unbeatable location. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, upscale place to call home in Roswell!

The apartment complex ticks every box. As usual with most apartments, if you live under someone, you are prone to hearing noises above you. I suggest getting a middle or top-floor unit to avoid this issue. Otherwise, the staff and maintenance are very attentive and prioritize ensuring that you enjoy living here. I have no complaints on that front!
