You an hear every ambulance, firetruck, police sirens and fast car drivers no matter the time of day. You can hear the air conditioning units outside turning on an off throughout out the night. All it needs is better windows installed and a better sliding door and im sure the out side noise would remain outside

Too expensive and issues with being charged for water leak issues. Change in management caused problems with roommates not being able to pay their portion separate.

Renting at The Preserve at Westchase, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful agent who made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The agent took the time to explain the differences between the classic and upgraded apartments, which was incredibly helpful in making my decision. I ultimately chose the upgraded B1 floorplan, and I'm thrilled with my choice. The apartment is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail is evident throughout, and I appreciate the upgrades that have been made. One of my favorite features of the apartment is the screened balcony. It's the perfect spot for my cat to relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding trees. The location of the apartment is also worth mentioning. It's situated in a prime area, and I love the tranquility and greenery that surrounds the complex. The amenities at The Preserve at Westchase are nice. I'll be taken advantage of the fitness center. Additionally, the ample parking available is a huge plus. Overall, my experience at The Preserve at Westchase has been fantastic. The service provided by the agent was exceptional, the upgraded apartment exceeded my expectations, and the amenities and location are perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend The Preserve at Westchase to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.
