Overall positive experience in the past 3 months in the community. Neighbors are friendly- but a dog keeps on barking all day long, kind of disturbing. Maintenance is pretty good- they come rightaway and get it fixed. The area is very bright- with lots of events.

Everything is good, the only thing is the noise and hearing everyone's washing machine. I have a problem with my upstairs neighbor every day, and I have complained multiple times, but nothing has been done about it. I hear constant stomping, everything else is good. parking is good, location, maintenance is good and quick.
