The place is fine. LOTS of little kids running around which is fine if you’re a parent yourself. Good price for small family homes. Amenities are only worth it if you have kids.

We've been here since 2019, and I like the location. It's easy to take walks to the nearby shops. Overall neighbors are nice, and the area is quiet most of the time.

New ownership came in just after the hurricanes in 2024, they seem to be making an effort to fix and renovate. First moving here I was disappointed to find out that the best amenities weren’t accessible or the standards weren’t maintained. The basketball court was only open during weekdays 8-6 making it impossi le for working people to use it. The “adult pool” is hit or miss since half the time there are kids all over the place. Normally i wouldn’t mind, but there is a kid pool that is also offered and the main pool was sold as the Adult pool. Not exactly relaxing. Hopefully new ownership continues to help improve and maintain standards that are sold to new renters.
