Quiet, Comfortable, Good Location

We have lived in this complex for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say. Overall the apartment is very comfortable with a great maintenance staff, good coordination and notice by the office for inspections and cleaning, and great location.

Good for apt living, could use improvements

For apartment living, it's a nice place. Prices have become too high. Can't seem to save enough for a down payment for a house. Rent went up over 300 this last year and we all got nothing extra for that price hike. Just because everyone else is doing it, doesn't mean they had to also. Starting to feel trapped. Valet trash needs to be optional. We can take my own trash out. We're being charge for something we don't use. The office wants everyone to bring that nasty trash can inside their apartment. Not happening here, no matter how much they think washing it will work. The kitchen sinks have no light over them and the kitchen light is not enough to light that area. Plus they are too small. Trying to wash a large crock pot becomes a contact sport. And they really need to upgrade the stoves. Electric stove with wobbly elements so you have to hold them level while you cook in order to cook evenly. Glass top stoves would be so much better, easier to clean and extra counter space when they are not in use.
