Great location, Good neighborhood and neighbors. Maintenance is top notch. The only issue is just parking which I think nothing can be done about it because of limited space.

Emerald Lakes is a peaceful community apartment with nice people. Even though the room are small, but i enjoy living there.

Overall, I love living here. I think the apartment itself is gorgeous and the location is amazing. However, the rent is way too expensive for what is being offered. There isnt even in-unit laundry. Maintenance does a great job usually. Property management could be better. There are some attitude problems and weird behavior at times.
