Good location
Emerald Lakes is a peaceful community apartment with nice people. Even though the room are small, but i enjoy living there.

Gorgeous apartment, but expensive
Overall, I love living here. I think the apartment itself is gorgeous and the location is amazing. However, the rent is way too expensive for what is being offered. There isnt even in-unit laundry. Maintenance does a great job usually. Property management could be better. There are some attitude problems and weird behavior at times.

No guest parking/ No amenities
Apartments are average, no amenities, no washer and dryer in unit, AC leaks often which creates mold. (1) very small Elevator that breaks down often, stairs are in bad shape. No guest parking, guests/family members must park on the side of the road. Management does not care about the NO guest parking situation and will have your car towed. New building manager, Pedro, lacks empathy and hard to communicate with.
