After a long stressful time looking for a good place for our family, we arrive to this community, we now call HOME. We were grated by Patricia, who is very sweet, friendly and kind. She gave us the tour and we fell in love with the place. This is it! We need to look no further. We found HOME. This community fits everything we were looking for. Peaceful and clean community. Family oriented. Great friendly staff, spacious modern appartments with big bedrooms and plenty of space for storage. Manteinece is always amazing, always fast beyond expectations. Property is always very well keept. We are very happy to be part of this community. ??
Increase in Rent
I have been living here since they opened the Residence at Lakehouse and the rates have increase drastically, I understand that it is due to the inflation rates, however I feel that they should have considered the tenants that have stayed with them for so many years and increased the rates for the new rental tenants. Rent has increased from $1,900 that we us to pay to $2,850 now.
Love it
Living here for almost 2 years, great location, office staff friendly and resourceful. Property maintained cleaned. Great location and Amenities.
