I've been residing at Crescent House Apartments for nearly 3 years. This wonderful community comprises multiple buildings, and I can personally attest to the exceptional quality of my own building. The atmosphere is serene, and the neighbors exemplify kindness, respect, and tranquility. I've never encountered any noise-related issues. Moreover, there's an abundance of parking space available for both residents and their guests. The dedicated staff members excel in their service, promptly addressing maintenance requests – a quality that I truly value. One of the standout aspects is the breathtaking location. Over time, I've developed a deep affection for Miami Lakes, which is a splendid backdrop for Crescent House. While I haven't utilized the pool myself, I've noticed tantalizing aromas of BBQ during weekends, enhancing the overall experience. Safety is paramount here, and that's evident right from the beginning – an aspect that holds significant importance for me. Witnessing individuals confidently walking alone during late nights or early mornings is a testament to the security prevalent in this community, something not commonly found elsewhere. Convenience is at its best, with supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, a movie theater, and a vibrant farmer's market on Saturdays, all within close proximity. It's worth noting that this community is well-served by multiple police stations, contributing to a sense of security. While the absence of a gym is a slight disappointment, the overall living experience is truly exceptional. Each unit boasts its own in-unit laundry, a feature I deeply appreciate, along with the added convenience of a dishwasher.

Great place to live

I have lived at Crescent House for over 2 years and have really enjoyed it. Quiet, safe community and in a great area. Staff is amazing and if there is ever an issue they are right on it. Would highly recommend to live here.
