Not too bad except for the ridiculously strict policies and rules, being forced to pay for unreliable, expensive internet because of a contract I had no say in, and slow to respond leasing staff.

The customer service is not good. The staff is not helpful. They do not answer phone calls and do not follow up on maintenance request orders. Laundry is really expensive

Living here has been very positive for me. Chrissy, apt clerk, has been consistently helpful. The amenities/repair crew is great. Downfall, wish the rent wouldn’t continue to steadily increase or they consider a bonus/discount for long term/loyal residents such as myself.
