Not my first choice
There is absolutely no parking after 9 pm at night, visitors must get a parking pass by 5 pm before the office closes. The office people will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ANSWER A CALL. Maybe a email if your lucky. The gym is nice residents dont take very well care of the equipment stuff is broken constantly. Pool is fine. Apartments spacious, but mantience takes forever to come help woth stuff. It took them almost 3 days to come help with a broken fire alarm detector. That all of them constantly beeped for 3 days. AC went out in the middle of summer and was not fixed till the end of the following day 27 hours later.
