I have noticed through nearby neighbors that my rent for this apartment is higher than the new people that are coming into the property, but that’s OK. It’s my last year. I will be moving out at termination of contract.

Lived at Vernazza for 2-3 years. Once during 2021 and then returned in 2023. Staff has always been very helpful, and maintenance is done quickly. Amenities are also great.
