This 5 star review is specifically to call out Gonzalo the head of maintenance. We’ve known him for 6+ years, he has been responsive, thorough and very proficient in the maintenance services he’s provided to our household. He is also a person of good character who strives to make residing in Integra Sunrise Parc somewhat bearable. Gonzalo is one of the brightest spots within this community which. Thank you Gonzalo for all you do.!

Poor Management

Variety of amenities is slim and there are times you cant use it because of a combo lock, operation times are never posted. Guest parking is an inconvenient process. Its a major headache to use their online system to pay (you have to remind management multiple times that you need you can't put in bank info because they lock you out lord forbid you are late) and you can't pay in person anymore. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Look at The Lucent, better amenities and better customer service.

Only complaints is the office of operations should be open everyday and for longer hours, and I should be able to get a guest parking pass for longer instead of having to get a new one every week
