Decent place to live

The apartment has everything you need, and the apartments themselves are very spacious. I do have an unrenovated apartment so there are issues with a rusting washer/dryer and some other things that show the age of the apartment. Since my entire time here the pool has not been open but the other ammenities are nice, especially the tennis court. Overall, its a pretty decent place in a good central location.

Dishonest Practice

I've lived here since December 2022 and was told amenities would be available "in January" when touring, so I signed a lease. Bad idea. Eight months later and still no end in sight on a pool. Half functional gym. Zero amenities outside of that. Not to mention how I moved into a filthy apartment with water marks and pet hair everywhere. Red paint on the floor. Stickers stuck randomly. And nothing was done to make amends by management. Several things are/were faulty. Maintenance is "still working on getting a work order" after five months. I seriously hate this apartment complex and its management!!!!!
