It’s great!
After loving here for over a year I can honestly say its pretty good! The location is fantastic, central to everything, and the staff is amazing.
Great place but can be better at amenities
I have lived here for 15 months now. Best thing is its proximity as in a great location with all shops, restaurants, grocery market and riverfront nearby! New concrete construction with no noise problem. Good neighbours and on site maintenance is great. Top apartment has vaulted ceiling giving great light and space in hallway. and a good direction apartment gives home good light and shadow.

Only been here for a few months but So far its cool. The apartments are pretty cool, neighbors and staff are friendly.
The Brooklyn Riverside
Love the lay out, the apartment itself and am very pleased with staff and even the neighbors have been polite and friendly. Great area to live. Nice visually and overall, extremely pleased. Parking is very tight and if you come home later then 6 or 6:30 you may have a walk to get to your individual apartment. Park St is noisy but I expected that and do love the first floor access.
