Though old, the apartments are in decent condition, spacious, and mostly come with balconies. They also allow pets, and are located in a quaint area from town.

I have been living here for over 4 years. The apartments are nice and upgraded and the location is good. The management team are very respectful, professional and communicates well the residents. The maintenance staff works hard and does a good job at handling work orders. Over all its 4 out of 5 because the rent goes up every year but so does everything else in this economy.

The staff is always available and helpful. The property’s landscape is well maintained. My apartment is a bit old, and I wish it at least had a dishwasher. However, during inflation, it’s not half bad. Overall, Palms of Ortega is a perfectly fine place to live if you need a quiet and affordable location in West Jax.

Apartments are not worth what is being charged. These apartments need to be remodeled badly. Things are falling apart after neing patched for so many years. Overall i love it, its a quiet neighborhood, wish we had washer and driver hook up and a extra bathroom
