I have been here for 6 years, including this year. It has a low noise level most of the time, which is good since we are so close to Publix. As this area becomes more populated, the noise level could increase, but otherwise, the location, is perfect, we do not have loitering or homeless people walking around. The community is diverse and everyone shows respect for their neighbors, no loud music. It is almost 9 PM before Labor Day as I am making these notes and I do not hear anything outside or inside. Everyone is appreciative to see the pool in good shape, and the water clean. Much improved from one year ago. Hopefully, we will not have hurricane damage these next few months and residents here appreciate the post office and giveaway area, much neater than in previous years. Also the gym is clean and in good order, for the most, part and the staff in super nice and accomadating

Nice place to live

Though there are a few issues, a couple beyond this facilities’ management control, there are more good things. Great new exterior cleaning, sprucing up and painting. Maintenance is almost always very promptly taken care of, Office staff is friendly and helpful. Great location.

New Neighbors

We moved in 2 months ago, and we absolutely love this place! The staff is prompt, informative, and very helpful. Jennifer, Ashlen, Abbie, and all are always courteous and ready to solve any questions or problems we have. The maintenance crew, Izak, Ashif, David, and all, are not only friendly but competent, professional, and quick to respond to repairs and requests. We simply go online, submit a request, and within a couple of days, it is done. We really enjoy this neighborhood with its many little restaurants, shops, and gardens everywhere. People are respectful and friendly. The Cummer Art Center is amazing with its gardens and live bands to enhance the exhibits. And lastly, the beautiful view of the St. John River is killer. We sit on our balcony with wine in hand and just enjoy the peace of mind that Bell Riverside gives us. Highly recommend it unless you are a curmudgeon who likes to find fault anywhere. In that case, please find another neighborhood. Bell Riverside is for worry-free and respectful living.
