It is the policy of Legacy Residential Group that any aggressive canine breeds not be admitted into our communities unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. Listed below is the list of aggressive breeds created in a report issued by the CDC. Indoor pets per apartment may not exceed 50 lbs. and 27 inches in height. No exotic animals are permitted. There is a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, and $200 for a second pet. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly Pet Rent. Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Voy a cumplir ya 4 años viviendo en legacy coral palm y la verdad es que me siento super feliz viviendo aqui! Los apartamentos estan bien ubicados estanmuy bien cuidados , estan muy pendiente de su mantenimiento , por parte de la administracion siempre estan pendiente que todo este en orden , excelentes precios comparados con otras rentas . La verdad es que si tienes la oportunidad de rentar en cualquiera de estos condominios no te vas a repentir

Too small and no enough storage space

I have been here for five years now and my only complain its about the apartment size and the lack of storage space . Overall I am really please in terms of the location, staff and maintenance workers and service, although the price is increasing considerably.
