Nice place but utilities are too high

Ok. it’s a nice place to stay. The only thing that really upsets me is that the power bill and water bill and garbage are much too high. If I would’ve known this, I never would’ve moved in.

Nice home

Our townhome is nice and spacious. Any maintenance issues are easily and quickly addressed. Office mangaer is always available and willing to help. The home walls are well made because we rarely hear any noise from neighbors. Overall nice place to rent.
