Clean and quiet

For the area, it's a good place to live. The property is well maintained, the neighbors are considerate, and the staff is friendly. You are not going to be able to please everyone with the amenities but the salt water pool is great.

love this place

We have lived here since August of 2022. Our apt home is very nice. It was brand new when we moved in. I love the location you can go to the beach or Pensacola in minutes. Close to shopping and restaurants. Biggest plus for us is my husband is 9 minutes to work. The complex is kept clean. The maintenance dept is excellent. When we have had to have anything done it was completed in a timely manner with professional and friendly staff. The staff in the office are great. They answer any questions you have with the same friendly and professional manner. Anyone looking for a new home look into Azalea Bay.
