I would recommend living here

I have lived at Greystone Reserve for five years. I really enjoy the safety of living here. I am comfortable letting my kids play, and walk to the bus stop with no worries. The updated gym is amazing and the pool is nice as well.

Happy but could be better

I enjoy living here and love my unit but i do have a few complaints coming to mind that i would like to share. I am really disappointed with the pool "upgrades". They took so long to open the pool back and there is literally no difference from before except now the hot tub is closed which was a real seller to me. They are constantly in and out of our appts doing inspections, pest control, updating the windows and sliding doors. This wouldn't be a problem if i didnt have two cats who they require to be crated or removed from the unit and i work 16hr shifts. Its like every other week they want access to our units so thats a lot of moving my cats in and out of the apartment which causes them a lot of stress. Another issue i have is that they have a ton of storage containers in the back near my building which make it challenging to park in the few spaces we have left since they blocked half the spaces with construction equipment and a huge dumpster. There is always glass getting stuck in my shoes from the glass that is being left in the parking lot. Other than these few complaints i enjoy my unit and the community we live in.

We allow 2 pets per apartment.  There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month.  There is a weight restriction of 75 lbs. per pet at this community.  RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening information at the time of application. Please contact the Management office for more information.
