Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month.  There is a weight restriction of 75 lbs. per pet at this community.  RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. Love The Reserve

I have lived at the Greystone Reserve for 4 years. I love it here. The location is 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the country. Our community is friendly and helpful. We are only 30 minutes from downtown Pensacola and all it offers. The staff at the Greystone is excellent. Maintenance is above and beyond. Anytime I have submitted a request for repair, they are here the same day and resolve the issue quickly. Here on the property, we have a dog park, kid park, car wash with free vacuum, laundry facilities, fitness center, community center, business center and a swimming pool. I hope to stay here for many more years.

GREAT PLACE

The community is very good, location is good, the dog park is easily my favorite park. My only complaint is that I moved here for the safety of the gated community and the gate has not been operational for months.
