Monthly pet rent $20

Max weight 75 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Pet fee may be applicable. Pet rent may be applicable per pet, per month. Weight restrictions may apply. Please contact office for more information. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed, which include Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers. Dogs that have been mixed with an aggressive breed are not allowed either. We allow 2 pets per apartment.  There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month.  There is a weight restriction of 75 lbs. per pet at this community.  RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening information at the time of application. Please contact the Management office for more information.
