las olas walk

There is a Facebook group of people that always complain its sad to see that they don't value what we have in this community. I think a few things need to change such as parking for guests. No one can come visit and stay over for breakfast because they have to move their cars at 8am and if they come at 4pm there is no parking until after 6. All that is very big inconvienace. The second thing, it would be nice to get the events started as well, the yoga the painting picnik events and community gathering. Thirdly, will be nice to have a Jacuzzi! There are companies thatbcan build up a Jacuzzi from wood and we have an area to put one upstarts by the pool.

Everything Changed ….

Everything Changed - progress & development does not match the increase of prices/ one of the first residents on-site- really tour the place - ask about all amenities & analyze the structure of your apartment- Really ask questions - of everything security, concierge, package room, trash chute, washer & dryer & cleanliness - if it’s not clean it’s not worth it

Living here has been a nightmare, from dealing with the package room, to people speeding in this garage its unacceptable for the price we pay.

Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-Hybrids. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
