MOLD in UNITS

I lived here for about two months now. At the time being I can't recommend this property to anyone. My wife and I miss our old Apartment in Sunrise. This unit has mold inside. I've had many issues since we arrived with unit. Many have yet to be taken care of. The mold being the biggest issue. Its been over a month i've been dealing with MOLD in my apartment. I haven't been offered anything to compensate for the properties lack of care. I don't have any clear timeline on the issue, and I would consider this an emergency. I've heard other residents complain about mold in their unit. The Residents don't throw away their trash. They take it all the way to the compacter and then leave it on the ground. Probably because they are scared of the racoons. My door saferent mechanism doesn't work properly. I've spent couple hours with saferent over the phone trying to figure it out. It seems to be an issue with the lock and takes several tries each time I need to enter my unit. The hub for the application also was inoperable when I moved in still hasn't been replaced. The unit was advertised as having smart appliances. I have a service animal which was denied. The staff can't give me a clarity on what it is exactly I failed to provide that is needed by law. The property has premium rent prices but doesn't offer a unit to reflect. Across the street for the same price with two months free you can get a brand-new apartment never lived in. The pool water always has debris from the trees in them and doesn't seem to be kept up with. The property just installed gate codes for the pool because it's a free for all at the moment with kids from all over the neighborhood. The main entrance gate has been broken since we moved in and still is inoperable.
