’ve had a great experience living at MAA Coral Springs.The apartment community is well-maintained, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful grounds that are always clean and inviting. The landscaping, common areas, and overall upkeep really make it feel like a place people take pride in calling home. A huge shout-out to the maintenance team—they are truly outstanding. Requests are handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The crew is friendly, respectful, and incredibly efficient, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of the right way the first time. Multiple repeat emails every day are a bit much and the trash is all over the place.

I have only been here a month. Staff seems pleasant enough, however neighbors are well neighbors. A lot of trees so your views are limited. One thing that is a negative, people park along the fire lanes/lines which can block you in if you use the provided parking spaces.
