All 3 pools are closed most the time. The gym equipment is all broken, and extremely outdated. Parking lot is always a mess after hours. The gate is always a issue, and the resident fobs often have problems. The apartment town homes are beautiful, and the garage is a bonus, however, the kitchen is extremely outdated, and very limited when it comes to cabinet space. Maintenance is usually always quick to fix any and all issues. Never have issue with my mail, however, with all the amenities always being broken or down, and the small outdated kitchen, it is not luxury when they say it is. Having a smart lock and ac does not make an apartment luxury living.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience living at this community. The amenities advertised are not what residents actually have access to. At this point, the only amenities consistently available are the gym and pools. However, the pools have been closed for weeks with no clear timeline for reopening. Security is another major concern. The front entrance gate has been broken and left wide open for months, making this a gated community in name only. Even when the gate was functioning, everyone used the same access code. The code has reportedly remained unchanged for years, meaning former residents and anyone they shared it with could still have access to the property. There are no unique resident access codes, which defeats the purpose of having a gated community. Parking is another ongoing issue. There is rarely enough parking, and residents and visitors frequently speed through the parking lot, creating a dangerous environment for families and children. The overall upkeep of the property is poor. While the grass is cut regularly, many other areas are neglected. The pond at the front of the property has been green and unsightly for months. The walking path leading to the back of the community is littered with trash, and the side gate has also been broken for an extended period. Maintenance requests often appear to be closed without the underlying issue being properly resolved. Residents deserve meaningful repairs rather than temporary fixes. For the amount of rent being charged, I expected a community that was clean, secure, and well maintained. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Until management addresses the ongoing security, maintenance, and property upkeep concerns, I cannot recommend this community.

How am I expected to pay rising cost when the quality of living here is constanly declining. Between trash being all over the place, construction crews leaving materials behind, and literal feces every where. This place is a dump looking to trap you.
