Month One Review

I have only been here a month. Staff seems pleasant enough, however neighbors are well neighbors. A lot of trees so your views are limited. One thing that is a negative, people park along the fire lanes/lines which can block you in if you use the provided parking spaces.

Quiet No Nosnense Community

I just renewed my lease for a one bedroom as I am very comfortable with the community; it aesthetics and the quiet I get when I need it most... At home with my family. MAA reputation got me here, the right environment to live keeps me here. Thank you.

Management & Maintenance Need to do better

Maintenance does not clean hallways daily, weekly or monthly. When a service request is put in they take days to weeks to address. Management does not take accountability for complaints made. No I would not recommend this place. It used to be great, but as of the last 4 years this community has deteriorated.
