Good Location, Needs Better Support

We have been living here for almost five years, and until a couple of months ago, everything was fine. Recently, however, we’ve started experiencing many issues. Parking has become a major problem, and although we’ve tried to work with management to resolve it, they have not been helpful. We also have several maintenance concerns that continue to go unaddressed. For example, we have reported mold in our apartment multiple times, but management has taken no real action to fix it. There are many other small but important things that need attention, and it feels like our concerns are not taken seriously. Overall, the community itself is nice, and the location is great. Unfortunately, management does not provide the support or assistance that residents need, which makes the experience frustrating despite the positives.

It just ok

The community is quiet and peaceful. The staff is very late to help and often confused avout issues tou call with mulitple times. The price isnt bad. A lot of the neighbors are not so friendly and do not interact at with you when you greet them in passing.
