Leanne at Palms Point Condominiums has been truly exceptional. After living her for nine years and seeing many staff come and go, she has remained a constant, always welcoming, professional, and kind. During a difficult time in my life, she mad my transition to a new apartment incredibly smooth and stress-free. Leanne was understanding, easy to talk to, and always had a smile on her face. Her support and dedication made a big difference for me, and I'm so grateful for her help. Its truly a pleasure working with someone who genuinely cares about the residents.

We have been living here for almost five years, and until a couple of months ago, everything was fine. Recently, however, we’ve started experiencing many issues. Parking has become a major problem, and although we’ve tried to work with management to resolve it, they have not been helpful. We also have several maintenance concerns that continue to go unaddressed. For example, we have reported mold in our apartment multiple times, but management has taken no real action to fix it. There are many other small but important things that need attention, and it feels like our concerns are not taken seriously. Overall, the community itself is nice, and the location is great. Unfortunately, management does not provide the support or assistance that residents need, which makes the experience frustrating despite the positives.
