overall it is a good place

We have been here over a year and the only real downside is that the fence is too short to afford any privacy when outside and you definitely know what is going on with the neighbors if your windows are open. Maintenance is slow to respond to non emergency requests

It's pretty quiet here, wish people wouldn't speed through the community though. People keep to themselves and pick up after their animals for the most part. Wish there was a gym but nowhere to really put one. Overall, really enjoy living here.

Great Place

I've been here five months now and I love it. I thank God every day that I was able to find such a wonderful place to live. The rooms are large and open, lots of light, I don't feel closed in. I have the little back yard for my puppy and now I have flowers out there. I have wonderful neighbors, I consider the whole complex "my place". It is clean. I feel safe to walk my puppy all over the complex. The staff is wonderful - my mail box was too high for me to reach and they got me a new one!!! The maintenance staff is the best. I would highly recommend this community.

Fews things that need to be done

Avilla is VERY expensive for what is maintained on the common areas. My garage door was hit by a car while I was out of town in August of 2021 and it still has not been replaced. I filed an online request and it was maked as complted. Ice has formed outside the garages due to the snow removal is only on side walks and pushed to the parking area, so we have to walk through deep snow to get to our garages and now ice has formed in front of the garages. The leasing office is closed most weekends.
