Living at Avilla Buffalo Run

We were the very first tenants to move in here over a year ago. Everyone else has moved out that lived next to us, behind us, across from us and so on. We really like living here and don't want to have to ever move again. The best thing that new management can do is to communicate effectively and with clarity. Thank you so far.

January 2020 Review

Parking: Snow days, both sides of parking lot need to be cleared out, only doing one sides can create parking liabilities for ice Amenities: Pools is great, but its now winter, there's no gym/access, a business office would be nice Mx: not too; construction contractors to fix stuff is slow in reference to getting scheduled Staff: doing the best they can, room for improved customer service Value: I would not pay for Valet Trash pickup had i known it was only 4 days a week, less on holidays; early on duplication of shared utilities-Unprofessional! Best thing about Avilla Buffalo Run is the location-love it! Noise; not too bad, all normal expected noises, not too much from neighbors (dogs outside) etc: Solicitation-tend to find things on the door when i get home from work, exception to Girl Scout Cookie sales, isn't the property a No-Solicitation area?
