This house rental has a very good location. The neighborhood is quiet. Leasing and maintenance respond well.

Here at 40 degrees North Latitude, we get a lot of traffic. Erie is growing sharply in apartment buildings and that just means more people in a small area. Too many drivers with mufflers that are intended to be noisy. The car wash is overly noisy since it got into place.

Have really enjoyed living at Enclave Vista Ridge. Apartment is large and very comfortable. Staff have been very courteous and helpful.

Nice place to live in a great location. Only problem i have is the app/site to pay is a little hard to use. It is really restrictive and prevents you from making payments multiple times

This place is great to live in. It's always quiet. Never any issues. The only gripe I have is that the app can be a pain to navigate to pay. And it appears they have it set up so you can't make payments throughout the month and only once a month. That would be a big plus if that was fixed, especially for people on weekly or biweekly pay.
