not good, lived here 4 years and the parking is ridiculous and people that have garages still park in the parking area where people should be able to get a parking place close to home have to park across the street etc. The stairs are to steep to be climbing everyday. Some people just can't climb stairs for health reasons. If you had elevators it will be more better for some people specially elderly that need to visit, there love ones. etc

The Ridge at Thornton Station

I do not suggest living at the Ridge at Thornton Station. There is no insulation between the floors which makes noise a problem. Note* staff will not tell you this. If you make a noise complaint, staff will not do anything about that either. As part of your rent, you pay for concierge services Thur-Sun. It's shaky at best that trash is picked up. There is dog poop everywhere as people do not pick up their pet waste. Dog poop trash cans are not regularly emptied and overflow onto the ground. The larger one-bedroom unit is more like a glorified motel room. Most units are close to the light-rail. There are quiet hours from 12-4am but it's still loud. They say it is a smoke free facility however, marijuana and cigarette smoke filter into my unit through the walls or my open French doors. Look elsewhere!

Maintenance and parking

The head maintenance guy seems to know everything and he doesn’t, the water pressure is still horribly low in our apartment and the water temperature is just ridiculously low here, turning the water hot as it will go and it still isn’t hot….ridiculous And the parking….someone needs to regulate it

 Our community welcomes a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Residents must provide a copy of the pet’s veterinarian records, and a picture of the pet at time of move-in. A non-refundable pet fee will be required, in addition to the monthly pet rent. Pet fees are on a per pet basis. The following constitutes a list of animals and/or breeds that shall not be permitted in any dwelling, unit or common area. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, Malamutes, Dobermans, ChowChows, St Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, German Shepherds, Wolf hybrids, Huskies or Cane Corsos. Any hybrid or mix breed of the aforementioned breeds is not allowed.
