  •  Our community welcomes a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Residents must provide a copy of the pet’s veterinarian records, and a picture of the pet at time of move-in. A non-refundable pet fee will be required, in addition to the monthly pet rent. Pet fees are on a per pet basis. The following constitutes a list of animals and/or breeds that shall not be permitted in any dwelling, unit or common area. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, Malamutes, Dobermans, ChowChows, St Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, German Shepherds, Wolf hybrids, Huskies or Cane Corsos. Any hybrid or mix breed of the aforementioned breeds is not allowed.

Glad that we made the move

We have only lived here since May, we love the size of the apartment, so far it's been very peaceful and a fairly quite community. Maintenance guys are wonderful and personable. When we can find the time we would like to take advantage of the convenience of the light rail being so close and get out and explore. So far no complaints and we are happily settling in.

Great location, easy to get downtown with the train and easy to get to freeways. Gym wasn't available 24/7 for a while due to key card access not being available and the hot tub was out of commission for a while as well so it was just unfortunate to pay for those things but not have them available to use. People do not pick up after their pets either but thats not the companies fault. Nice interior and exterior of apartments though.

Rent to High for the Property

This use to be a great place to live. Over the last few years, it has deteriorated. There is dog poop everywhere, the sidewalks are not shoveled, there is no ice melt laid down, The hallways that lead to the apartments have had leaves and trash since OCT/NOV. The trash Valet doesn't bother to dispense the trash in the trash dumpsters. They will lay it in the walkway of the trash. Light fixtures that are broken through the property have been broken for years. In the summer, the landscaping comes when the grass is as tall as your ancles.
