So far so good

Everything so far has been alright. When we moved in our washer and dryer unit were broken and it took about 3 weeks to get that fixed and the leasing office didn't work with us on any sort of discount since they gave us an apartment that wasn't fully functional when we moved in. Other than that, it's been alright just the maintenance requests have taken a long time.
