Be aware that they probably won't fix any noise issues you have. Probably a violation of the lease agreement but hard to prove in court.

It was a long process to move in, but it was well worth it. The apartment complex is quiet which is great, the appliances in the home is very nice as well. Just happy to have a place to call home and live comfortable without loud noise and drama. The parking could be alot better there’s very limited parking space if you don’t have a garage or carport. Also if you move in after the 20th of a certain month your still held responsible to pay the next months rent instead if having that time period to pay the month after.

The grounds are not kept up well,maybe cause they cannot keep maintenence men here. We have only had 2 people on the crew most of the time, there were 4-5 when I first moved in. There are not enough trash cans & trash is usually on the ground. Spills on not washed up & receptacle often smell. People don't break down boxes (most have shipping labels on them & could be returned to renter with a warning). Little children are made to take the trash & they can't reach the top of the bin, so it ends up on the sidewalk. HOWEVER, I have made some wonderful people here, but most of the elderly are struggling since the last rent hike. More staff, rent cut & attention to detail would be a great improvement.
