Like home
This area feels more like a residential neighborhood than an apartment complex. It is a quiet peaceful area to stroll through. The apartments are modern and well maintained.
Decent
Cost of living is high. Rent is pretty high end for a 1 BR. But location, amenities, and the staff + maintenance have all been pretty good. Neighborhood is fairly quiet and have never had a noise complaint. Foundation and some of the renovation work done is mediocre - there's some cracking in the walls where either the framing is starting to shift or drywall wasn't mudded properly when put up the first time. Overall mid-tier.
Home Sweet Home
I really enjoy living in the Meadows. The management team is attentive and quick to handle any concerns. The amenities are well maintained. The maintenance team is very responsive and always takes care of any issues in a very timely matter. The location is perfect for me. It is a very comfortable, safe and enjoyable place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home.
