This place is located in a great spot! Parking can definitely be difficult if you have guests coming over though. Unless you have a longer driveway, it’s harder to find parking for guests.

Love this complex! The staff here is awesome. Lynn, my leasing agent was beyond helpful in so many ways. Upon first looks (tours) and move in, she was patient and more than willing to show us all of the features and amenities available. She communicated everything in clear detail and answered all questions without hesitation, of which there were many. Any issues that have come up which have been minimal have been quickly solved and she’s definitely on top of her game. The same goes to the maintenance crew. They are always fast to respond and are always courteous of your space and belongings. As an example, I had movers break a light sconce on my stairs, and it was fixed for me the next day. 10/10 property. 10/10 people. The only reason I’m leaving is because im moving in with a friend to lower my cost of living. I truly wish I could stay.

To anyone considering moving in to the Meadows at Meridian apartments i would say that the 2 years i spent living there were very quiet and comfortable. The maintenance team were very responsive and friendly. I worked with Lynn in the office from the first moment i walked in and Lynn was alway there to answer any questions that I had and made the process of moving in, a pleasure. Even the move out went very smoothly and they were very accommodating to my circumstances. Great place to live!!

Lynn and Jeremy really impress me. I had a problem with my shower faucett early in the morning on a Saturday recently. Lynn was easy to reach and got maintenance out within the hour. It was fixed perfectly. Thank you Lynn and Jeremy!!!!
