Quick Accomodation

I was in Florida with my mom having medical issues, but I needed to get back to Colorado right away and I was in the process of moving when I left. When I came back, I didn't have any prospects or leads on apartments, and I saw one of their signs. I reached out and had a few appointments set up over the next few days, and I moved in right away. It's not easy finding something last minute, and they made the process pretty smooth. The maintenance is pretty good about getting to most of the jobs in a timely manner. My only issue is with the ice on the garage ramp.

Could be better

There is theft in the building, to the point where you just can't get packages delivered here its too risky. Some residents always park in guest parking because it's close to building. Some problem residents like to run an auto body shop in the rear parking lot and have questionable people around. There aren't enough washers and dryers 3w3dr always broken, there are more than 50 occupants living here. The ac goes out sometimes and took weeks to fix the past 2 summers. Overpriced for less than quality interior which needs to be remodeled. Utility bills more than 200 a month sometimes.60 dollar monthly pet(20 each) rent with zero pet amenities plus the pet deposit. Nice views, free wifi, great balcony, close to w line lightrail and great outdoor space.
