El mantenimiento es algo que no está muy bien

It’s surprising most of the tenets passed a background check, if one was even performed. Quiet hours are mostly respected since the last management company threatened to evict. The property itself is neglected. The roof has been leaking for 3+ years when it rains. Sometimes it’s because the gutters have not been cleaned, which they clearly aren’t on a regular schedule. I would be shocked if there isn’t mold growing behind the buldging paint on the walls and ceiling of my unit. The plumbing (which also runs the building heat) clearly wasn’t meant to handle the volume of people living here, as the heat and hot water went out 4 times alone this past winter and often the shower water pressure reduces midshower. The back patio units are overrun with weeds and vines. The front area has huge weeds growing along the sidewalks and parking. There have been 3 rental property management companies in the past year. Hopefully this newest one will do a better job responding and caring for the property.
