Overall happy, sometimes big inconveniences such as no WiFi.

Staff members are typically nice and helpful, things have gotten better since the beginning of fall. The parking seems slightly better with the addition of a towing company, someone came to fix the WiFi today which was really nice, and there hasn't been another power outage since August. I love my apartment and the location.

Unimpressive complex

I have lived here for over a year and this is the most underwhelming complex I have ever lived in. We have little to no amenities. We are in the warehouse district. Limited parking. Troubles with internet constantly. Staff seems to change frequently and has no idea what is going on in the complex. We had a $100 increase in rent this year and it was not worth it, we have had no new developments for our complex so not sure what that extra $100 a month is going to. The "gym" is nothing, one treadmill, bike, and (broken elliptical), a few free weights and medicine balls. This place is a joke. Do not recommend.

Could be better

I have lived here for three months and I am very disappointed. On the website, they said there would be amenities and there is nothing, they have a small "gym" room and a park area in the middle. Parking is difficult to find and the apartment appliances are not working. Our sink has no pressure and the water is cloudy, the dryer doesn't dry, and the window screens are all broken.

Although many Colorado cities have no breed-specific legislation, all municipalities carry ordinances, bylaws and city codes with different standards relating to the care for animals, barking dogs, vaccinations, limits on numbers of pets, licensures, service animal rules and other issues.
