This complex is very old and run down. Parking is next to non existent and the grounds are not kept up with at all. The location is fine but the units are old and it shows.

I'm a longterm tenant. I've lived here for 8 years. Every year they continue to raise and raise prices with little to no upgrades or changes to amenities or improvements to the buildings. You pay $1550 for a measly 500 and something square feet. The apartments are basic, there are no luxuries in any sense. These are old buildings. Maxx Properties is doing a fine job squeezing out their customer base. I am stuck here, there is nowhere to go but back in with my parents. I'll fight to stay here, however, this is my HOME.

They keep raising rent, yet they do little to no work on the property. You pay almost $1500 for a measly 500 square feet. The actual apartments themselves are SO basic. Ive lived here many happy years with little complaints but with never ending price hikes and as I inch toward paying $1600 I am SICK of it. Maxx Properties is squeezing out average people and they do NOTHING to reward long term tenants like me. Avoid this place if you can.
