Lot of mixed feelings about this property I haven't been here too long but a little frustrated with how things are handled around here. Trying to get maintenance isaues done feels quite like a joke I think I've been waiting over a month to get the filter changed in my air conditioner so they can turn the ac on, pools closed when it shouldn't be, didn't get informed on how to get into the gym, l have been locked out of the laundry room and had to make three different calls and a few different emails throughout the next day to get let in to get my clothes, the parking is a joke in some places, and people are inconsiderate when it comes to cleaning up after their pets besides that the place is lovely and quiet big which I love and thankfully I happen to be on a quieter side of the complex. Also I haven't had any problem with the staff in the office they seem to be pretty friendly and attempt to fix any issues that you have that they can help you with.
