Been there a Ling time an love it. The location is great and very nice people. Only issue is my older apartments kitchen needs a major upgrade. So you'll want an upgraded apartment. And the elevator needs work. Otherwise very happy.

Pros: -good location -decent price for Denver market Cons -loud neighbors -montly parking fee -despite decent price, add-ons for things Landlord should pay (common area, property tax, trash, etc) -maintenace requests are slow
