Trash and noise

The upstairs tenants are elephants I think. There is a problem with bulky trash always by dumpster. The dumpster was set on fire and has been a charred mess since we moved in

Parking in snow is problem

4 yrs. close to job. Maintenance pretty good. Dread snow each year. Parking lot uneven and icy and hard to get car out

Inconveniences and dog poo

You can hear other residents through the walls. Anyone closes a door nearby, you know. The payment portal they use requires a 3 biz day delay, which is no good when you're paying the first time right at due date. No one bothers to give you a heads up. The gym can only be accessed when the office is open. Apparently there are keys for said gym, but they never have any extras for new tenants (since Oct 2021 now). They are closed Sundays and evenings, when the weather is bad, and when they're training staff (wtf) so no gym duringthose times. You also cannot retrieve your packages from the locker room if they're closed. There is dog poop all over the property, including the fenced off the leash dog area.
