Good experience

Good experience living here so far. Parking was a bit difficult to manage originally when we first moved here but we got it figured out. Staff is great and helpful but unable to fully help without manager. Maintenance takes forever to have access to and most work we’ve had to do ourselves.

Budget Apartments

The renovated apartments are nice and a complete contrast from the exterior of the complex. Kitchen is classy with new appliances and a dishwasher that can conquer any mess. A few corners were cut. Maintenance does fill request in a timely manner. Walls are paper thin. The ceiling creaks when my upstairs neighbor walks through their living room. Security helps with other noise complaints, like neighbors who like to blast their music till 3am. Impressed with the air conditioners ability to cool the entire apartment including the back bedroom. Laundry is conveniently located in each building. Location can't be beat! Literally a 2 min walk to Target and Benihana. All in all a good bargain.
