Great location and friendly staff

Just moved in and staff is fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable-everyone from concierge to leasing to maintenance! Parking garage spaces are tight. Kitchen appliances are low end as are the fit/ finishes of cabinets, etc… for this type of building. Closet space is limited. Building is very well maintained and a nice pool deck with amazing views. Walkability and location is fantastic.

Great Community!

It’s been a great experience living at The Platform. Gabe, Andre, Jose, and Allison are all so welcoming, attentive, and caring. Everyone is friendly and will say hi to one another, which adds a comforting component to the homey vibe. Very thankful for everyone!

Should I renew my lease?

I would say it is a very clean environment. Most residents I encounter are polite and nice. I am leaning towards renewing my lease, but I probably will not. I am content with amenities, location, customer service and many other things I fail to mention. But I probably will not renew. It is annoying to have my packages delivered elsewhere. They have switched over to a 3rd party service for delivering packages and it is a nuisance. This package service makes your delivery service last 1-2 days longer than usual. According to reddit they will charge me $15-$25 a month for having packages delivered to my own address once I renew my lease. I asked the front office if they where going to do this and gave me a non answer. They said we will talk about it during the actual renewal process. I have not signed up for this delivery service and I will never sign up for this service. How is it that a company that makes my packages take longer to receive, uses more natural resources and has crippling customer service cost more than my actual Amazon service. I even overheard another tenant talking about waiting for 4 hours to talk to costumer service. I cannot support a company that wastes natural resources to do the exact same job that I once received at some point. It is a reason I stopped using Lyft and Uber because they have increased the carbon footprint drastically since they became operational. I in good conscious cannot support companies that unevolved humanity. If I decide to move it will be for that reason. If packages are not of your concern then I recommend this place.
