Dirty, expensive, un-safe

I have lived here for multiple years now and it has just gotten worse. The staff does nothing, the grounds are disgusting, there are random people and cars coming in and out at all times of the day and night clearly being worked on and sold. The cops are here more often then the garbage men and it is becoming an extremely obvious problem. This place wont last like this.
