HORRIBLE

ZERO STARS!!! I HAVE PROOF they offered 1/2 off to renew my lease after living here for 3 years and then told basically 'Oh well" via email. DO NOT TRUST THE WORD OF THE OFFICE STAFF because even with proof they will go back on their word. The parking is HORRIBLE and you cant even get a spot on site unless you pay another $250 a month and go on the waiting list. I am so disgusted at the integrity of the management here. The amenities have been limited, the dog park is a hot bed for your pets to get sick, the stairwells have NEVER been cleaned and there is currently a moldy puddle outside my hallway because of constant leaks. I doubt this will make them want to "make it right or do the right thing" Then when I was called by Dawn I was basically told I was rude, disrespectful and a liar which ironically is what they are. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS is my recommendation.

Review

The building is good itself, nice amenities good location. The staff is completely useless. They are misinformed and never have information or answers about anything.
